We offer in-person notarizations, remote notarizations, and loan signings with a focus on convenience and legal compliance. All of our notary and signing services are available at a flat rate.
What We Offer:
- General notarization $45 – Witnessing and notarizing personal, business, or legal forms (acknowledgements, oaths, affidavits). Includes up to 3 documents notarized, travel within Birmingham city limits, and a valid photo ID is required. Same-day appointments are available. Additional documents incur an additional fee of $10 each.
- RON (Remote Online Notarization) $50 – Secure, video-based document notarizing using ID verification and digital signatures. Great for out-of-area clients, late-night signatures, and quick turnaround needs. A valid government-issued photo ID, internet access, and a webcam are required for participation. This service includes one RON session (for one signer, up to two documents), a recorded video, and a digital seal. Additional documents are $10 each, and each additional signer is $10.
- Loan signing services $90 – Handling closings, refinances, or mortgage signings with attention to lender instructions. This service includes travel to the client’s location, review of closing documents (refinance, buyer/seller, HELOC), printing, signing, notarizing, and scan-back (if needed), with a 1-hour signing window.
